The overall cement silo is an integrated cement silo, large in size, and the cargo itself is ultra-long and ultra-high, suitable for near-distance transportation, of which 200 tons and 300 tons of cement silos are required to be produced on site.
The horizontal cement silo is an integrated cement silo, which is characterized by a greatly reduced height of the product itself. It can be transported below 100 tons, and cement silos above 100 tons need to be produced on site.
The Daily maintenance:
According to the form of the roof dust collector used in the cement tank, but mainly includes the following parts:
1. Filtration system: Check whether the bag inside the dust collector needs to be replaced (if it is pressure differential control, look directly at the pressure difference table)
2. Check the cleaning system: According to the different types of dust collectors, there are mechanical cleaning mechanism and pulse cleaning mechanism.
3, power system: Check whether the induced draft fan is operating normally, the main fan daily maintenance (some warehouse top dust collector is not installed fan)
4, the device itself: check the sealing of the device (to prevent air leakage)
