According to Technical Conditions of Concrete Mixing Station (Plant) GB10172-88, the concrete mixing equipment of Model ZS90 is designed and manufactured by introducing and assimilating the advanced technology of German similar product, and its function is to produce the finished concrete of good quality by using raw material of concrete—cement, water, sand, stone, powder and additives according to pre-established mix proportion. It is applicable to various kinds of prefabricated component factory, road, bridges, water conservancy, wharf and other industrial and civil architectural engineering construction organizations, and can mix all kinds of dry and hard, plastic, fluid and lightweight aggregate-type concrete and various mortar, especially suitable for port, road, bridge and commercial concrete production.
Main technical characteristics
1. The main mixing engine supplied by Ludong Company is featured with faster mixing speed, and the quality of concrete is much better.
2. The functions of the control software developed by Ludong Company are more powerful with high reliability.
3. The inching feeding technology and the automatic subtracting tare function which obtain national patented technologies ensure that the dynamic measuring accuracy complies with national standard.
4. Fully automatic computer control that coordinated with high-quality weighing instrument makes the calculating speed faster and the measuring accuracy higher.
5. The electric components from French Schneider and the IPC from Taiwan EVOC with advanced manufacturing process, ensure the stability and reliability of the system.
6. The control panel adopts process design with status indication; the work interface is of humanization design that makes operation more simple and management easier.
7. It adopts modular design, which is easy and convenient for transportation, installation and commissioning with short period.
8. The maintenance channel of the blender is equipped with the power-off protection while opening the door, which ensures safety and reliability.
9. The main device and the materials delivery system are fully enclosed structure; the dust removal effect is beyond the requirements of national standard.
