According to Technical Conditions of Concrete Mixing Station (Plant) GB10172-88, the concrete mixing equipment of Model HZS180 is designed and manufactured by introducing and assimilating the advanced technology of German similar product, and its function is to produce the finished concrete of good quality by using raw material of concrete—cement, water, sand, stone, powder and additives according to pre-established mix proportion. It is applicable to various kinds of prefabricated component factory, road, bridges, water conservancy, wharf and other industrial and civil architectural engineering construction organizations, and can mix all kinds of dry and hard, plastic, fluid and lightweight aggregate-type concrete and various mortar, especially suitable for port, road, bridge and commercial concrete production.

The electric control system is comprised of host computer, displayer, printer, telecommunication cable and weighing instrument and others

Liquid additive metering system

 Additive weighing system is comprised of additive container, additive scale, additive pump, pneumatic butterfly valve, sensors and others.

System Description:
