WDB800 stabilizing soil mix station is a self-developed exclusive mixer in combination with leading technologies both at home and abroad. It can use the quick lime, hydrated lime( with water content of 10-15% ), soil, sand, coal ash, and cement as its ingredients to produce base material such as the cement-stabilized gravel, lime soil stabilized base material, and condensable concrete. Its productivity can range from 200t/h to 600t/h. The metering is divided into volume metering and computer metering. Motor speed can be adjusted through frequency control or electromagnetic control. It can meet various level requirements and satisfy customers’ operation needs. Computer control is used to realize the process management; with manual operation or automatic operation selection, which needs one operator only. It is extensively used for the construction of high-quality roads, airports, railways and infrastructures to produce base stabilizing materials with different specifications.
Main system of the equipment: 
1. Burdening supply system: Aggregate storage bin, speed regulation (variable frequency) metering weigh belt, belt conveyor. The electromagnetic speed regulation weigh belt can realize stepless speed regulation. 
2. Cement material supply system: Cement bin (cement hopper), speed regulation (variable frequency) screw conveyor, metering screw electronic scale. 
3 Automatic water supply system: Submersible pump, pipe, regulating valve, water jet. 
4. Mixing system: Motor reducing gear and continuous double-shaft mixer. The mixer adopts the structure without lining board, which maximizes the gap between the mixing blades and box. During the operation of blender, a layer of mixture which can not move will be formed in such gaps and such mixture layer on the box will have the effect of the lining board, protecting the box from wear, and reducing the wear of mixing blade. Mixing blade is made from special wear-resistant materials. 
5. Finished product storage bin device system: Double-unloading storage bin, inclined belt conveyor, air compressor. 
6. Electrical System: Operation control cabinet, operation room. 
7, Metering control system: Adopting domestic famous manufacturer of electronic parts, electromagnetic (variable frequency) speed regulation, microcomputer manual/automatic control. WDB computer metering electromagnetic speed regulation (variable frequency speed regulation) lime-fly ash mixing equipment is mainly used in the mixing construction of stabilizing materials in the construction of high-grade highway, city roads, airports, ports and other projects.
