The mixing station is mainly used for concrete work, and its main application is to mix and blend concrete, which is also called concrete mixing station. The mixing station consists of five systems, i.e. the mixing engine, the materials weighing system, the material delivery system, that material storage system and the control system, and other ancillary facilities. As compared with the one of the mixing station, the aggregate measurement of the mixing station reduces four intermediate procedures and is vertically blanking measurement, which saves measuring time and improves the production efficiency greatly. Under the condition of the same model, the production efficiency of the mixing station is increased 1/3 higher than the one of the mixing station.
HZS Series of commercial concrete mixing station adopts the fast assembly structure with international popular modular type, the imported high-performance blender, dual computer controlling mode, environmental design of preventing noise and dust pollution, which is a new generation of cement and concrete mixing plant. It is applicable to premixed concrete of urban merchandise, road and bridge, water conservancy, airport, port and other large-scale infrastructure projects and places that demands large number of concrete.

The model size of mixing station is named based on the theoretical production per hour. At present, the common specifications in our country are: HZS25, HZS35, HZS50, HZS60, HZS75, HZS90, HZS120, HZS150, HZS180, HZS240, etc. HZS25 refers to the mixing station with production capacity of 25m³/hour.
The mixing station is divided into single-machine station and double-machine station. The single-machine station is that there is one main mixing engine for every mixing station, and the double-machine station has two main mixing engines with each mixing engine corresponding to one discharging outlet, therefore, the production capacity of the double-machine station is 2 times of the one of the single-machine station. The naming method of the double-machine station is 2HZS, for example, 2HZS25 refers to the double-machine station with mixing capacity of 2*25=50 m³/h.
